Our fitness memberships are perfect if you want to work out with us regularly or semi-regularly.

We offer two different styles of Group Fitness memberships – Monthly Fitness Memberships and Pay-Per-Class packages.

Monthly Fitness Memberships

 

Monthly Fitness Memberships are for you if you:

  • love accountability for working out
  • like to mix things up with different kinds of workouts
  • have specific fitness or strength goals you’re trying to meet
  • can’t choose just one of our fitness classes… must.do.them.all!
  • crave fitness AND socialization in your life – community is important

4 & 8 Class Fitness Memberships come with one free guest pass per month.

 

Unlimited Fitness Memberships:

  • 2 free guest passes per month
  • 10% off all in-store retail (excluding socks – sold at cost)
  • VIP Booking: Book 2 months of fitness classes in advance – so you never have to join a waiting list for your favorites. AND never miss out on your class of choice!

 

…and a few rules.

 

Because we want to make sure everyone has a good experience with our studio.

 

So here they are:

  • Your monthly membership will auto-renew 30 days from the day you sign up.
  • There is a 30-day cancellation notice needed to cancel your membership.
  • If you select the 4 class membership or 8 class membership, your class credits won’t roll over to the next month – use them or lose them.
  • We require a 2-hour cancellation notice otherwise you lose your credit. We like to offer cancellation spots to our waitlist.
  • If you are on the unlimited plan and “no show” a class, you will get billed $10.
  • If you are on the 4-8 class plan and “no show” you lose your class credit.

 

These guidelines were set up to keep things fair and easy for all our studio members. Monthly memberships have their perks. But if these rules aren’t for you – check out our pay-per-class bundles.

Our Group Fitness Classes

 

Our Group Fitness classes are 50 to 60 minutes and can have 5 to 15 people in them. You will have personalized direction from the instructor throughout the entire class. In addition, our classes are taught in progression so they are suitable for every experience level!


 

Yoga

 

Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.


 

Strength Training

 

In our Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance.

Dance Fitness

 

Created by a former Zumba instructor and mind-body fitness specialist, this class blends world-inspired dance and somatic education into a one-hour class that encourages sweat, smiles, and free-flowing expression. Playful dance choreography is made accessible through clear verbal instruction as participants are empowered to move in ways that inspire strength, flexibility, and mindful body awareness. This class delivers a workout while connecting you within.


 

Zumba

 

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome. You’ll leave smiling and energized… every class!


 

Mat Pilates

 

Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility – emphasizing a challenge to your core muscles with each movement. Classes are taught using slow, controlled movements.


 

TRX/HITT

 

Looking for a mix of fast paced calorie burning with focused strap exercises and movements you’re in the right place. TRX classes cover all your major muscle groups. We’ll also include some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in each class. So come ready to sweat. You’ll definitely leave feeling like you’ve worked out… in a great way!

Barre

 

Tighten, trim, and tone your entire body… especially your glutes and lets. We’ll use high repetitions of small controlled movements and isometric holds. This will allow you to work on ALL your muscles and fix any imbalances that have occurred naturally in your body. Don’t worry – you’ll get a core and upper body workout as well!

Personal Fitness Sessions

Starting at $75/hour.

 

Private Personal Fitness Sessions are not included in any of our memberships. But they are available! Book them for our Cottonwood Fitness Center or in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

All our classes are taught for multiple ability levels. But our Private Personal Fitness Sessions are one-on-one. You’ll get immediate instruction and correction from your instructor of choice. A hyper-targeted workout, tailored 100% to your health and fitness goals.

We’re busy parents too. We know the frustration of finding a sitter all.the.time. That’s why we decided you need easy access to childcare at Sultivate.

 

Let’s go over the details…

 

Childcare hours: Monday – Friday 8 am till 12pm (weekends coming soon).

Cost breakdown: $3/hour per child.

 

How it works:

  • We don’t offer discounts with any memberships.
  • Pre-booked through the GymMaster app… no drop ins.
  • You will be charged if you no-show.
  • 2 hours notice is required to cancel or you’ll be charged.
  • No drop-offs – You have to stay in the building.
  • Food and sticky beverages not allowed. You can bring them water.
  • We don’t take kids on bathroom trips or change diapers. Don’t worry… we’ll page you.
