So we knew we needed to step up to the plate.
We decided to take all the feedback we were getting and turn it into an exclusive 24-hour gym in Cottonwood, AZ.

Who We Are
We’re Joe and Makenzie Sulfaro. Founders and Owners of The Gym at Sultivate.
You most likely know us from our sister business – Sultivate. For the last 5 years, we’ve been focused solely on our community-building Pilates and Group Fitness classes.
When we realized you were missing a great space to work out in on your time, we knew we had to do something about it.

Your Private Gym Membership Details
The Gym at Sultivate is a referral-based fitness center in Cottonwood, AZ. This means you have to either know us – or you have to get a sponsorship from one of our current or previous clients.
We want to support our current clients first and foremost… after all, we’re practically family!
To start, we’re capping our memberships at just 100 people. While we may offer more in the future we want to slowly ramp up our membership till we determine how many of you we can comfortably and effectively serve… without running into the problems you face at other gyms.

How the membership works
The monthly Cottonwood, AZ gym membership is $49/month.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Join the waitlist for one of our gym memberships.
- We’ll contact you when you reach the top of the list and a spot opens up.
- Begin your monthly auto-pay membership.
- Get a tour of the gym, your key fob, and access to the gym master app.
- Enjoy 24/7 access to The Gym at Sultivate.
- If you cancel your membership for any reason your spot will go to the next person on the list and you will need to reapply.
- 30 days notice for membership cancellations required.
- There are no membership pauses or refunds.
What you get with your membership to The Gym at Sultivate.
Your gym membership gets you 24/7 access to the most exclusive gym in Cottonwood. You also get limited access to the Group Fitness workout space operated by our sister company – Sultivate.
With your membership – you’ll be issued a key fob to access our locked fitness center. Or simply use the app on your phone. Either way, you’ve got 24/7 access to The Gym at Sultivate.
Here’s what it looks like to workout at The Gym at Sultivate from start to finish:
- Enter the locked building at any time of the day or night.
- Choose a locker to store any extras you bring with you (must supply your own lock).
- Enjoy access to 15+ exercise machines, plus free weights and assorted exercise equipment.
- Spray and wipe down machines after use. We will also have staff cleaning throughout the day.
- Come again the next day!

We know that a good workout session is about more than what’s in the building… here’s a breakdown of additional services.
Addons Available to Elevate Your Workout Experience
We’re adding a few (in our opinion) no-brainer extras to help you out.
Add childcare when you need it.
As busy parents ourselves, we know how hard it can be to get everything scheduled when you need it. Childcare is no different. That’s why we decided it was a must at The Gym at Sultivate.
Here are the details…
Hours available: Monday – Friday 8 am till Noon (weekends coming soon).
The cost: $3/hour per child.
The fine print:
- No discounts.
- Must be pre-booked via the GymMaster app.
- No-shows will still be charged.
- Give 2 hours notice to cancel or you will be charged.
- You must remain in the building – no drop-offs.
- We don’t provide snacks or feed snacks you bring. Water is allowed.
- We don’t take kids to the bathroom or change diapers – you will be paged as necessary.
We want to give you the support you need in your workout journey.
We’re the only gym in town to offer childcare.
Personal training – take your fitness to the next level
Do you have big fitness and strength goals but you need a trainer to help you reach them?
Or…
With so many different pieces of exercise equipment, maybe you’re feeling a little lost creating your own workouts… we’ve all been there.
That’s why we offer Personal Training. We want you to feel confident and strong in your abilities.
We cater our Personal Training sessions to beginner, intermediate, and advanced clients. You tell us what you’re looking to improve and we offer our expertise to help get you there.
Personal Training has so many benefits:
- More accountability to not miss a workout.
- Help targeting and activating the right muscles.
- A spotter for more advanced training exercises.
- Increased motivation – everyone needs a cheerleader.
- Immediate feedback on your form for less risk of injury.
- Customized workouts to meet your fitness goals faster.
Personal Training Sessions start at $75 per hour.

The Group Fitness space is closed to you during the following class times.
Sunday 8am -10:30am
Monday 8am – 11:30am and 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Tuesday 8am -10:30am and 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Wednesday 8am -10:30am and 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Thursday 8am -10:30am and 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Friday 8am – 11:30am
Saturday 8am -10:30am
At all other times, the doors to the Group Fitness studio will be open and accessible without leaving the building. Use it for stretching and plyometrics.
